H is for Hearts and Handmade

I've used the name of a TV show for the letters A through G, but I couldn't think of one I wanted to share for H. There's Hannibal, but I was afraid some people wouldn't see it the way I do. To me, it's almost like watching moving Salvador Dalí, and Salvador Dalí is my favorite artist. It also has a strange, extremely dark sense of humor, and the acting is incredible. Anyway, enough about that. The biggest reason Hannibal wouldn't work for my gif today is because it would be really strange to pair Hannibal with hearts, and I have to gif hearts for H (although, in my mind, that juxtaposition would be rather humorous)!

The reason I have to gif hearts for H is because I love hearts. I love love, and I love hearts, and I love that hearts represent love. I also love things that are handmade, because they best represent your love for someone as well. Although I don't give handmade gifts to people who don't want them, or expect handmade gifts from people who don't have time or feel they don't have the ability, it is always my preference. So, I've created a gif of various places I found hearts this morning, some of them handmade, and some made by God.

One of my challenges is to create each gif on the day of the A to Z letter, and so far, I've only missed one day, when I had to use past gifs for E day. So, this is a brand new gif!
I've made this gif available on this Tumblr post

  1. OOo homemade and hearts. I love both too! I love seeing what people can create. I did a post a while back for of our Cat Thursday posts that was cats and hearts. Where they either had a heart in their pattern or were sleeping together and made a heart or their tails were casting heart shadows. Made me so happy :)

    Happy A to Z-ing!

    1. I love that! I have several of my Tippy and Cheetah with their "arms" around each other, looking up. Their faces together make a little heart, and I included one of those in the gif. It's just so cute and sweet. :)

    1. Oh, yes! I love finding what others have to share on Twitter, just by looking for various hashtags. That cave tweet was impressive. :) Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Love the hearts and handmade things. The two cats in the heart was my favorite, but what can I say? I love cats. I made Christmas ornamants for my sisters last year (we exchange them every year) and I used their pets. I didn't think about using hearts, but cut out green mat board with my mat cutter and glued the pictures on there that I resized in Photoshop. Then I trimmed them with silver pipe cleaners that looked like tinsel and used red ribbon to accent and for the hanger. They loved them. I should have made one for me, ha!
